Frequently Asked Questions

  • To sign up for the first time, click the Rewards button at the bottom of your screen. Then enter your email address and click Get Started. You’ll receive a verification email with a link to get signed in. 

  • You earn points for every purchase you make as well as other activities, such as leaving reviews or following us on social media. 
  • Click the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen and then click Earn Points to view all earning options.

  • Converting points to discounts is easy. Simply visit our Loyalty Program page, go to the ‘Redeem Rewards’ section and select Redeem against available rewards

  • No, your points never expire.

  • Yes, coupons redeemed using loyalty points expire within 30 days. If you redeem a coupon and it expires, we will not add the points back to your account and the points will be lost.

  • If you are promoted to a higher VIP status, you will retain that status for at least 12 months. To retain that status after 12 months, you must meet spend requirements, otherwise you will be demoted to a lower status.

  • Yes, you can return your order, but discounts are not automatically returned. Please work with our customer service team for any concerns regarding this.
