    Lid issues

    This tumbler is great. The lid ended up breaking. The closure broke and fell out. I went to the website to buy a new lid, but couldn't find it. I emailed them asking how to buy a new lid. The response was, "we don't sell lids. However, if you send us some pictures, we will see what we can do." So I sent in some pictures. They responded with, " we can do a one time lid replacement for you". I'm thinking, cool I was more that happy to buy a new one. This is like a warrantee. So a few days later, a Fire Department Coffee box showed up to my door. I opened it to find, they sent two new lids! The coffee is good, the tablets are good, the customer service is absolutely amazing!
