Converting points to discounts is easy. Simply visit our Crew Rewards page, go to the ‘Redeem Rewards’ section and select Redeem for any available rewards. The code will be displayed on the page and sent to you via email.

After redeeming your points for a reward, you will need to apply the provided redemption code to your order by adding the discount code at checkout.

If you redeemed a product as your reward, make sure to add the item to your cart before applying the redemption code.

No, only one coupon can be used at a time. However, with our Convert Your Points tool you can save up your points and create a custom coupon of any size. For example, if you have 1,000 points you can create your own $10 coupon.

Unfortunately, discounts used on returned orders cannot be given back. Please contact our support team via chat with any concerns.

No, there is not a limit on how many points you can earn and points do not expire.

As of August 30, 2024 all orders will earn points regardless of whether or not you have opted into the program. If you were already a member before then you will see any activity in your Crew Rewards profile. If you have not yet opted in to Crew Rewards and made a purchase after August 30, 2024, congratulations, you have points waiting for you! Go sign up!
