1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

This right is supported by the EU’s cooling‑off period requirements and our store’s withdrawal button, which provides a simple two‑step confirmation and an automatic confirmation email as required by EU Directive 2023/2673 .

How to Withdraw

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

  • Using the Withdrawal Button on our website located in the footer
  • Contacting our support team directly

Once you submit your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation email documenting your request, as required by EU law.

Return of Goods

To complete the withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued once:

  • The returned goods are received, or
  • You provide proof of shipment

Whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened

This may include certain coffee products depending on packaging and shelf‑life characteristics. We will clearly identify any non‑returnable items on the product page.

2. International Return Policy (Non‑EU Buyers)

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders or international orders outside of the European Union. Customers located in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • They are unused and in their original packaging
  • They are returned within 30 days of delivery
  • They are not perishable or otherwise marked as non‑returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier unless otherwise instructed.
  3. Keep your tracking information until your refund is processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • EU Buyers: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International Buyers (outside of the European Union): Returns are not currently accepted.

5. Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return or proof of shipment.
