New Year’s Resolution No. 1: Drink More Coffee (Yes, It’s Good for You)

New Year’s Resolution No. 1: Drink More Coffee (Yes, It’s Good for You)

December 21, 2017

OK, this isn’t your typical resolution. You probably want to lose weight or quit smoking or something else that’s not going to be any fun at all. That’s great. We all want to be healthier.

Ready for some awesome news? Coffee is actually very healthy for you — and it has a lot of other incredible benefits, too.

Coffee Makes You Healthier and Smarter

You don’t have to take our word for it when we say coffee can actually protect against diseases, including certain cancers. You can ask the Mayo Clinic or Harvard University. These are very smart people. They know what they’re talking about.

It’s also been said that coffee can improve brain function, essentially making you a smarter human being.

Coffee Helps You Get in Great Shape

We know a lot of very healthy, very smart people who like a strong cup of coffee before a workout to help them power through those last reps. Coffee can also help boost your metabolism, making it easier to lose weight and burn fat.

Feeling pretty good about those resolutions now, huh?

Coffee Can Help Us All Get Along

Anecdotally, we can also report that coffee generally makes us happier. It gives us the energy to do our jobs and to tolerate people we otherwise would not be able to tolerate.

Now that’s something to celebrate.

And since we’re celebrating, why not pour a cup of our new Champagne-Infused Coffee? Just in time for New Year’s and your new healthier, coffee-fueled lifestyle.

Cheers, friends. 2018 is going to be a great year!
