For optimal freshness, we recommend that you store the coffee in a cool, dry place. Our coffee is nitrogen-flushed when packaged to displace oxygen and ensure maximum freshness. Coffee does not go bad, but if exposed to oxygen, it will oxidize and lose freshness over time. For this reason, we recommend consuming within a month after opening.
Each of our coffees is roasted fresh by our team of firefighters, first responders, and coffee experts, to ensure each cup tastes as fresh and delicious as it should.
Our coffee beans are carefully reviewed by our Q-grader before and after roasting to ensure the best flavor profile. This attention to detail creates the depth, complexity, and noticeable difference in taste that sets our coffee apart.

    Enjoying coffee in the wilds

    I bought this instant coffee to take with me on my 43 mile backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail in southern New York. I was not disappointed in the least.. the single serve packets are amazing for trips in the woods.

    And when I got home, I poured a pack into my chocolate protein shake, and it made it even more amazing.

    Best instant ever!

    Between hunting, camping and backpacking I’ve used a lot of single serve instant coffees over the years. I’m a dark roast drinker and this stuff is by far the best instant I’ve ever had. It’ll be my go to coffee for trips where all I have access to is water heated up on a backpacking stove.

    Anyone say Espresso???

    Oh yeah!! Love this stuff. Needless to say I have no idea how to follow directions when it come to this coffee. I use 2 packs per 8oz of water. But the again I love a strong cup of coffee and the stronger the espresso the more crazy flavors I can add to it. There are so many options. Just straight espresso or a thousand different flavors/blends. Easily the most enjoyable espresso I have had. Enjoy folks. Thank you to everyone at FDC for all you do.
