Coffee does not go bad, but if exposed to oxygen, it will oxidize and lose freshness over time. For this reason, we recommend consuming within a month after opening.

Truly feel alive
As the bag says, this will make you feel alive. We were searching for a solid coffee with a 5 pound option and here we are, happy little awake artists in our lair making a third pot, not because we need it (well we do), but it's just that good.
