    I usually drink black tea, but I wanted to try your Fire Department Light Toast Coffee and I love it! My father was a volunteer Fire Chief until he retired. Your coffee had high reviews! Thank you for fighting fires and making great coffee! Happy St. Patrick Day!

    Excellent roast!

    I always buy my coffee in beans as the flavor is locked in the beans until they are ground. Great coffee begins with great water. My well water is pretty healthy to begin with, but has a little hardness & iron which is removed by my water softener. It is particulate filtered, then softened, then ran through a faucet filter. I then brew my coffee in my Cuisinart 14 cup with a charcoal filter in it. Ok, now the water is perfect. This coffee is delicious, but just looking at it when I ground it told me it's a medium roast really. It may be a touch lighter but as far as the taste it's just the same as the medium roast. I am cool with that as it's my favorite anyhow, & I really have had some bad instances where the light roasts coffees I have tried in the past didn't have any coffee flavor hardly at all. All good, this is great coffee I would purchase again in a heartbeat!
