This is an incredibly sweet and delicious blend, featuring beans from a single farm in the Durame Village in Kembata, Ethiopia. From your first taste, you’ll catch distinct notes of strawberry, blueberry and brown sugar. It’s an extremely complex cup, and it creates a memorable drinking experience.
Durame Village is 2,100 meters above sea level with exceptionally fertile soil that is ideal for growing high-quality coffee beans. The coffee is harvested in November and exported in May. In between, the farmers use a 36- to 48-hour fermentation process in a wet mill, before sun drying the beans on raised beds for 15 to 21 days.
With a full body, a high acidity and a sweet finish, Ethiopia Natural Kembata is a taste that you’ll enjoy revisiting day after day throughout the month. It’s the result of extraordinary, high-quality beans sourced from a single location from farmers who care deeply about the product they deliver.
We know you’re going to love it.
