Introducing Nicaraguan Coffee from the region of Segovia, the exclusive coffee for November 2023, to Coffee of the Month Club members.
Cultivated by a group of small-scale farmers of the Central Multiple Service Cooperative brings a balance of passion and community to create this extraordinary Nicaraguan Coffee. The beans are meticulously nurtured from harvest to their final stage at the Las Segovia dry mill in Palacaguina.
For years, the best beans are sought out to bring forth an exceptional, high-quality coffee, a testament to dedication and hard work. Savor the legacy of these farming families in every sip.
The Bourbon and Caturra varietals that they grow are subjected to a rigorous quality control system. Only the best beans are harvested, and each lot is carefully tracked and classified to ensure that coffee of the highest quality reaches your cup.
These small family farms sit at an elevation of 1,250 meters. Beans are harvested then fully washed and patio dried before being exported.
This Nicaraguan Coffee features a bold body with appealing sweetness. You’ll taste notes of lemon, dark chocolate and brown sugar.
This is an ideal coffee to drink any time of day. It’s balanced and flavorful, each sip going down so smoothly that you’ll already be thinking about your next cup even before you finish the first.
You’re in for a treat.
