Introducing Colombia Supremo, the exclusive coffee for February 2021 to Coffee of the Month Club members.

Colombia Supremo is a medium roast with a sweet aroma, and you’ll enjoy notes of brown sugar, caramel and cherry in every sip. With an above-average body to go with average acidity and sweetness, it delivers a smooth, delicious cup that gets your day started — or keeps it going strong.

This slightly larger coffee bean (hence the name moniker Supremo) is harvested from a collection of small- to medium-sized family farms within the city of Pereira, southeast of Bogota, Columbia. From September through January, the producers pick and process the coffee themselves at their own micro-wet mills. In this region, the rainy season lasts nearly the entire year, so cherries are typically dried on elevated tables inside solar dryers.

Produced at an elevation of 1,300 to 1,650 meters and featuring varietals including Caturra, Colombia, Typica and Castillo, this is an amazing roast from a region that is rich in history and coffee culture.
